A relaxing day was enjoyed by members of Bonsai Northwest and the Waverly Bonsai group on Sunday 21st November. A beautiful Spring day - mild & sunny greeted club members (& their families) as they visited the many gardens & nurseries in the Dandenongs at their leisure. "Bonsai - The Imagination Tree", "A-Z Bonsai" & "Yamina Rare Plants" all offered special discounts to club members on the day. A pleasant picnic lunch was had at the Alfred Nicholas Gardens (the original Burnham Beeches estate). Craig Wilson generously allowed us to use his Gentiana Nursery for afternoon tea.
