Adjustments were made before branch
trimming
In order to differentiate between a 'group
planting' and a 'forest planting', Lee used large numbers of
grasses, ferns, rocks & pebbles to 'naturalise the
setting.
He used 5 different pebble covers in varying
diametres from 2 mm to 1 cm. The largest grasses were placed
around the number 1 tree area.
Here the trees have had their first
trim
The largest crowd we've ever had. Eighty five
percent of members turned out for the Wintery
demonstration!
And NO ONE fell asleep!
Here, the forest is finished it's initial
planting. It will now be trimmed regularly encouraging top
growth and branching.
