AUGUST 1999 - A potting & styling night

This is a night where members help other members in styling & potting their trees. New Members can take advantage of this and get some expert help in styling their trees.

Members work alongside other members helping out where possible. This 30cm Trident Maple was rootpruned and repotted.

The beginning of a new bonsai! This nursery stock Pomegranate got a BIG haircut! Ficus in a group setting. Tray approx 60cm

Quercus (Oak) in training in a styrene foam box. Growing new roots via an airial layer on this Hawthorn.

Foam boxes are popular for growing on trees at our club. They give new roots warmth and protection. Lola guides Ann with this Chinese Elm

Paul's Azalea was a colourful addition to the display table Detail of flowers on the Azalea.

Heavy pinching of this Juniper for rejuvenation Yuri worked at potting & styling this Picea
